Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar added versatility and deep range to its roster by inking small forward Vladislav Trushkin to a one-year deal with an option for another season, the club announced Tuesday.

Trushkin (2.01 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Zenit St Petersburg, where he averaged 0.6 points and 0.6 rebounds in 7 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games last season, his third with the Russian powerhouse. He saw more playing time in the VTB League, averaging 3.7 points on 70.6% two-point shooting and 2.4 rebounds in 25 games, helping his team reach the finals. Trushkin started his career with Spartak Vidnoye Moscowskaya Oblast and played for other Russian teams such as Dynamo Moscow, Spartak Primorie Vladivostok, Enisey Krasnoyarsk and UNICS Kazan. He has also been a member of the Russian national team. Trushkin helped Russia win a silver medal at the 2010 U18 European Championships. In 31 7DAYS EuroCup career games with Zenit and UNICS, Trushkin averaged 5.6 points and 2.4 rebounds.
