Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar continued re-shaping its roster by signing former 7DAYS EuroCup champion, forward Stanton Kidd who signed a one-year deal, the club announced on Thursday.

Kidd (2.01 meters, ) arrives from Hapoel Jerusalem where in the second part of last season he averaged 12.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists in the Israeli League action. In the first part of the season, Kidd played with OGM Orman where he averaged 13.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists in the Turkish League action. Kidd returns to the EuroCup where he previously played one season, but in that one, he helped Darussafaka Istanbul win the 2018 crown. In the EuroCup Finals that year, Kidd and Darussafaka beat Lokomotiv. In the times since then, Kidd spent another season with Darussafaka when he made his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut, had a brief stint with Utah in the NBA, and played with Melbourn United in Australia. Early in his career, Kidd played in Belgium with Limburg United, and in Germany with Walter Tigers Tuebingen.
