Partizan NIS Belgrade strengthened its roster by inking power forward Alen Smailagic to a three-year deal, the club announced Friday.

Smailagic (2.08 meters, 20 years old) arrives from Golden State of the NBA, where he averaged 2.0 points in 14 games last season. He also played for Santa Cruz of the G League, averaging 8.7 points and 5.0 rebounds in 12 games. Smailagic started his career with Beko Belgrade, joining Santa Cruz before the start of the 2018-19 season. He has also been a member of the Serbian U16 national team. Smailagic is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Partizan in the upcoming 2020-21 campaign.
