Promitheas Patras strengthened its frontcourt by signing center Dario Hunt for the coming season, the club announced Tuesday.

Hunt (2.06 meters, 32 years old) arrives from Italian side Fortitudo Bologna, for which he averaged 10.1 points and 5.6 rebounds in the Italian League last season. He posted 12.3 points and 5.8 in the Basketball Champions League, too. Last season was Hunt's fourth in Italy after stints with Capo d'Orlando, Juvecaserta and Germani Brescia Leonessa. He has also suited up for Odessa in Ukraine, Gussing in Austria, Rio Grande in the D-League, SLUC Nancy in France, Spirou Charleroi in Belgium, Perth in Australia and Mornar Bar in Montenegro. Hunt will debut in the EuroCup this season with Promitheas.
